Class Types.

More than simply checking movement off the list, our classes are designed to help you build strength and confidence, reconnect with yourself and carve out intentional time for wellbeing amongst the pace of everyday life.

  • Our form fundamentals class is designed for beginners of all levels and is the perfect starting point for building strong foundations. A great opportunity to get acquainted with how the reformer moves and feels.

  • On form is full class of progressive exercises. Designed for intermediates who've done a number of sessions and feel competent with the fundamentals. Combines the core principles of pilates with modern movement. A full body workout, expect to sweat!

  • Reformer x strength is our signature class. Think strength and conditioning, reimagined.

    This fusion class is a challenging, fun alternative to a gym class. Often using additional equipment, such as dumbbells for an added layer of challenge.

  • A Friday night special! A class of two halves.

    The first- a complex and layered core series designed to bring the heat. A high energy, punchy first half.

    The second- a restorative stretch. The spring resistance of the reformer can be a great assist to deepen a stretch.

  • Our newest addition to the timetable.

    A mat-based strength class using dumbbells and bodyweight movements.

    Learn functional movement patterns for strength that translates on your reformer and into your everyday life.
